Xfinity NOW: still eligible for rewards?
I switched my Xfinity internet to XFinity NOW and I can no longer access my rewards account, even though my app says I'm still a rewards member. When I try to log in, it states that I'm not enrolled in NOW, even though my account information says I am. Is there any way to correct to disconnect?

@user_fa52ai Our current documentation does not clearly state NOW Internet customers are eligible or ineligible at this time which would explain the reason you're not able to access the Xfinity Reward system. I have submitted a request to review the current documentation and update it, however, that could take quite a bit of time before we see a response or an update to the support documentation and systems. I would do you a disservice to state that you are eligible as the current Xfinity services are Internet, TV, Phone, and Home Security that can access the Xfinity Reward program. The NOW Internet does not currently fall under that lineup at this time and could potentially change. Once there is a review and they implement a change there will be a communication emailed out as we have commonly done so in the past.
