I switched my Xfinity internet to XFinity NOW and I can no longer access my rewards account, even though my app says I'm still a rewards member. When I try to log in, it states that I'm not enrolled in NOW, even though my account information says I am. Is there any way to correct to disconnect?
Ok but the terms of service state that I can access my rewards account for 90 days. I am unable to access my rewards account and it has only been 24 days.

The terms state that the rewards are available for 90 days after switching service. I switched to NOW less than 30 days ago and am unable to access my Diamond rewards account.
