Xfinity now pass dhcp server reset

My device has been connected for over a month then all of a sudden it wouldn’t connect says check dhcp server or reset modem but I’m just using Xfinity now pass so I don’t have a modem

As a side tip, have you attempted to see if releasing/renewing the IP address on your device helps it gain a valid IP and gain a connection? I apologize we are unable to provide further support, but that is certainly one thing I would try before reaching out to the NOW WiFi Pass team.
