Xfinity now not working
Over a year with no issues now it's unable to connect to Internet. Don't comment a link comment the fix do not make me go somewhere else to fix. This is something y'all should be able to fix or comment a resolution every single post I have read yall comment a link. I will sue y'all if u post a link

Hello @user_xp9f9e, thank you for visiting our community forums support page. I know how frustrating it can be when you're prepared to use your services as normal and a hiccup occurs. Our team does not handle the Xfinity Now services which is why we direct customers to the NOW portal for dedicated team support. We can recommend basic troubleshooting steps, but tool wise we are very limited in our ability to assist. Have you performed any troubleshooting steps like restarting the modem?
