Xfinity nascar ticket redemption

Hello! I clicked to get the two free tickets to the Nascar all star race in Dover. The reward was new today. When I go to redeem to purchase the tickets my code box is empty! Can someone please reach out to help?

It was not sold out. I was able to get it. It’s showing available on my account. Please see attached picture as the code was trying to be given but the code box was empty. Are you able to see the attached screen shot?

Let me take a look at the offer on my end to see if I can provide you with the details. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and your full address.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
