Xfinity Mobile Supervisor
I have been a very long time customer of Xfinity and Comcast and I’m very displeased by how I’ve been treated this year. We discovered that for a year and a half I was overcharged on my bill for a Phone trading credit that I never received. The total came out to almost $800 plus taxes. I think she said it was 900 and something. anyway, 11/09/2025 we put in the ticket for me to get a full cash refund as promised for all funds overpaid. After months of waiting and not hearing anything I called back again where they put through another ticket after talking to another supervisor but still nothing. Since then I have called multiple times, talked to multiple supervisors and agents who all give me the same promise of receiving my money back. I even had one agent refund me $197 and removed credits I recieved for another problem and now my bill is gigantic. I’ve had multiple tickets pushed through with hundreds of promises of that money being in my account *right away we promise*. It is now 3/23/2026. I’m a single mom and that money is a lot for me. I feel ripped off and like you guys stole from me and have no care at all to fix it or take care of the customer who has been with Comcast for the most part of 30 years. Please read through all the notes on my account and actually get back to me.
