Xfinity Mobile Rewards

Hello - we switched our family of 4 to xfinity mobile in October and were told we would each be receiving a $500 Mastercard gift card. To date (over 5 months later) we have only received 2 of the 4. I have called several times and each time I am told my case will be "elevated" and no one ever calls me back. My parents also switched and neither of them have received their gift cards either. This is getting very frustrating. Can you please advise on when we will receive the other 2 gift cards or send me the number of someone who can actually help? I just called again and asked to speak with a supervisor and the agent, Kimberly, left me on hold for over 20 minutes.

jels1099 Hi there! Thanks for using our Forums and for taking the time out of your day to write us. We are here happy to work together to make sure you get your gift card. In order to get started can you send us a DM with your complete name and service address?
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it
