Xfinity mobile promotion

I have a Xfinity mobile promotion on a iPhone 16pro that has not gone through? I have called many times and even gone to Xfinity store. I want this taken care of today. Purchased phone Sept 18,2024 and have received trade email and promotion email Oct 7,2024. I have received credit of 287 for phone but no promotion 999 dollar. Help me today please. I want this to be done :-))

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Ok I reached out to Xfinity support team. They have created a case and will contact me 24 to 48 hours. Hopefully this will get resolved soon because I am thoroughly frustrated. I have been with Xfinity for 43 years and Xfinity mobile when it first came out. So wish me luck

I received a phone call from Xfinity  corporate and issue is taken care of. It took like five minutes. Thank you:-))
