Xfinity Mobile Hotspot in Mexico
I have the Premium Unlimited plan which includes data, calls, and texts to and from Mexico and Canada. While in Mexico, can I connect other devices to my Xfinity Mobile device’s hotspot without accruing additional charges?

Hey @user_3g4g8s. Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. You can most certainly use the cellular hotspot capabilities to share the cellular data connection with other wireless devices. Please be away that only our 'Unlimited' and Premium Unlimited' data plans include the Mexico and Canada Unlimited Pass. If you have an older unlimited data plan that was purchased and activated after March 22, 2024, the Mexico and Canada Unlimited pass is NOT included and data charges would apply.
The "Unlimited' and 'Premium Unlimited' data plans that do include the Mexico and Canada Unlimited Pass would receive 5 GBs of data per billing cycle. After the 5GBs has been used, the device would still have unlimited data, but at a reduced speed available at 3G speeds. The 5 GBs of data can be used on the cellular device or via hotspot, but will go through data faster to hit the 5 GB threshold before reduce speeds take place.
