Xfinity Membership Virtual Bookshelf for Amazon.
Hello,
Please provide a link to Xfinity Membership Virtual Bookshelf on Amazon. The voucher code expires June 3, 2026. On member rewards, there is not an option to go to the link as it is grayed out / says claimed, however, instructions cannot be seen. The code is available, although there is no link to Amazon bookshelf. As a suggestion/ feedback the link should be emailed, texted, and/or visible from rewards claimed.

Thank you for reaching out here. If the link for that https://www.amazon.com/ab/shelf/4da48d5d-3372-4226-ab4a-ae3632934ddb/applyCode service is not working through the membership page we can escalate that over to the membership team from here if needed.

Xfinity customer support staff via chat is sending all sorts of links to Xfinity bookshelves where generated voucher code does not work. If someone can fix this issue that would be applicable. Since the voucher code is generated per membership it would make sense to provide a valid link to it.
