Xfinity Membership Virtual Bookshelf for Amazon.

Hello,

Please provide a link to Xfinity Membership Virtual Bookshelf on Amazon. The voucher code expires June 3, 2026. On member rewards, there is not an option to go to the link as it is grayed out / says claimed, however, instructions cannot be seen. The code is available, although there is no link to Amazon bookshelf. As a suggestion/ feedback the link should be emailed, texted, and/or visible from rewards claimed.

3. Log in or create your Amazon account and you'll see the $10 credit added

 

 

 

Select your book(s) and format, add it to your cart, and check out by 6/03

The only options we have here for Membership redemption issues is through the https://www.xfinity.com/membership site. I can look into any issue with your specific account if you can send me a direct message with your full name and complete address. To send a direct message. 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

@XfinityJohnG​ providing a valid link would suffice, including forwarding this suggestion/feedback to Xfinity rewards. This is a link question not a specific account question, as the voucher code has been received, and it needs to be inserted for redemption.

Xfinity customer support staff via chat is sending all sorts of links to Xfinity bookshelves where generated voucher code does not work. If someone can fix this issue that would be applicable. Since the voucher code is generated per membership it would make sense to provide a valid link to it.
