Xfinity membership spam

I got a spam email from Xfinity about "Xfinity membership" which I never enrolled in.   At the bottom of the email you claim it's "service related" which is a lie, the only service I get is home internet.
Where can I delete my xfinity membership and stop that spam from ever coming to me again?

... Where can I delete my xfinity membership ...

In https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/customer-service/new-xfinity-membership-rewards/69716a48bef17951d87cb328?commentId=6971aa8fbef17951d8812cb4 employee @XfinityDemitrius wrote:

On January 21, 2026, the Xfinity Rewards program was retired and we launched a new experience called Xfinity membership. With this new and improved program, there’s no sign-up and no enrollment. If you have an eligible Xfinity service, you’re automatically a member.

While there is no enrollment, there is also no unenrollment as well. You are not required to redeem your membership benefits if you do not wish to, but we cannot remove the account from the program. If you do not wish to participate, we recommend not visiting the web portal.

We'd be happy to take a closer look at that email @user_lalql1

Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
