Xfinity line relocation to new utility pole PG&E installed

I need to find out how long it will take for Xfinity to relocate its lines to the new utility pole that PG&E recently installed. What is the best way to request that a technician be dispatched to complete the transfer within the next week?

Hello user_x2smi2, thank you for reaching out here in our Xfinity Community forum. We appreciate your time, and I am here to help. We can assist you in requesting a tech dispatch, but I have to tell you up front, we cannot guarantee how fast the tech can be sent to move the lines.

Yes, I would appreciate your assistance with this matter. The old utility pole is leaning, and according to PG&E, it is in poor condition and needs to be removed as soon as possible.

Currently, my yard has been torn up, and repairs cannot be completed until the old pole is removed. Any help in expediting this process before the fall and winter winds begin to pick up would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and assistance.
