Xfinity Issues

I want to speak with someone in America. I can't understand a word they are saying overseas. I would like to make sure there are no errors and I don't understand anything they are saying.  I have called 10 times the number given to me for an American representative and have gotten someone who first language is not English. I just want to be able to undersand what they are saying.
