XFinity is Holding my Peacock Account Hostage

It's clear to me now after numerous calls with XFinity customer service that they are holding my peacock account hostage.  I have them on a recorded call confirming that they will not de-active my peacock subscription to release my "personal" peacock account, and as such, they are holding it hostage so I am forced to upgrade through them.  I have their confirmation on a recorded call, and this is a class action lawsuit in the making.

This issue is not just about me.  It's about millions of XFinity customers whose Peacock accounts are held hostage.  I have already spoken with multiple agents/supervisor who simply confirmed that cancelling the Peacock subscription is not possible.  This is clearly to force customers to purchase any upgrades from xFinity instead of from the third party provider directly.  This is simply illegal.
