Xfinity is a SCAMMER

Every time I chat with an agent about my Internet issues, they always try to upsell a more expensive plan to me. The last time I had an issue with my speed the agent offered a higher speed of 1000 from 800 at the same price and I agreed. Now they are charging me at a higher price and no agents will help me correct this or listen to me. Xfinity is scamming customers.

I have tried reaching out and messaging Xfinity agents. They do not want to help and try to scam me again by offering to find a new deal? Why would I trust that when they completely ignore my issues at hand?
