Xfinity in-store Horrible Customer Service

3800 Klose Way J, Richmond, CA 94806

This location is exactly like the 1 star reviews mentioned, they are wasting time walking around doing nothing. Take an hour or more to help customers that were already being helped and the workers don't seem to know what they are doing. Not even management knows what to do. Once we were called, we showed the worker an order number and he said he couldn't do anything with it. Like if we were told over the phone that we had a payment plan for some outdoor and indoor security cameras. To go to the store and pick them up. For the man who seems clueless and wasted time talking and laughing with other coworkers but doesn't know how to do his job. Awful customer service and the positive reviews are coming from employees who just want high ratings and better reviews for people to come in and waste their time.

In the Albany Oregon store they only sell new equipment and they don’t help on older existing phones and they don’t help on existing Diamond plans
