Xfinity Installations Left Lawn Dead and Wires Exposed

Morning!

On 9/18 Xfinity was dispatched to our neighborhood to install optic cable to the distribution box located in our back yard. Looks like this required digging 3+ holes in the middle of the lawn. When work was completed, the holes were filled with dirt but no additional effort was made to restore the lawn back to original condition. In addition to that, the wires to the distribution box were left exposed, there are multiple instances where wires were cut but left half buried, and I have unburied cable that is running across my backyard. Because adequate measures were not taken to minimize damage, the result is a half dead lawn originating from the dig sites. I had previously opened a ticket with Xfinity to address the exposed wiring concerns (and had been told that an urgent request would be sent to have this rectified, but it's now been almost a month with no progress), but had not yet addressed the state of the lawn following the project as my assumption was that they were not completed with the work given the state of the area.

Looking for a little bit of guidance here. My yard was not impeccable before, but I would at least classify it as average... and now my fear is that the grass is not salvageable following the work. Happy to attach pictures, but figured a direct message approach might be preferable.

Thanks!

Nick
