Xfinity install no-shows
My partner and I built a new construction home. It took 4 phone calls with repeated "escalations" to supervisors and inactive Comcast email addresses to get Comcast to provide a link to upload documentation of the newly created address. Once that saga concluded, a new one began: scheduling service for internet connection at the house. Comcast scheduled the install for today, Thursday, between 12pm-2pm. My partner took the day off of work and waited for hours. No one ever showed up despite multiple push notifications from Comcast that a "tech is on the way!" To add insult to injury, Comcast has been calling non-stop for the last week to ask if we want to sign up for more services! Yet, they can't even show up to install the product they want me to pay for. Now, I'm moving into a home with no internet connection because Comcast no-showed and can't come supposedly for at least another weak. Abysmal.

I can understand how frustrating it must be to spend so much time getting everything set up, take time off to be available for the installation, and then have the appointment missed without any service being connected.
