Xfinity Incentive Tracker Pre-Paid Card...

I need assistance as to why I'm being disqualified to receive this pre-paid card. I should be eligible. I need this resolved quickly; I was expecting this pre-paid card by now. I've contacted 8 different representatives and I never get anywhere as far as getting this resolved. Please fix.

I'm referring to the pre-paid card issued for winback of internet service.

Hey there, azure87, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your Prepaid card. We would be happy to take a look at the status to provide you with more details. 

 
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
