Xfinity Hotspot Not Emitting Correctly

So basically My local public hotspot (xfinitywifi) I use as I work from home,has been down for longer than a week. I can’t connect to it yet it says it is active.  I couldn't find another way to report it, and I rely on it mainly for work, so I'm hoping I'll be able to get this resolved. the hotspot address is [Edited: "Personal Information"] Office Building

Yes I’ve tried with multiple devices and even had another person try it out.

user_jgf37v I do want to mention that if hotspot signal comes from devices in the area on the network with the feature enabled, so if that were to be turned off manually by the signal owner it could impact the availability. That said, it does appear this is a business and this particular location may also have been impacted by a service disruption potentially. The only issue is that, in order to look into troubleshooting we would need to get in touch with the network owner. Now if the issue is just hotspot specific and not due to network failure or changes in permissions, we can definitely try a bit of troubleshooting together. Have you already attempted to use the Xfinity Support information on hotspots to help? You can do so using the following link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/

Yes I have, I’ve tried troubleshooting myself using methods that were mentioned in the support page. at this point I don’t know what to do.
