Xfinity hotspot doesn't have internet access.

A hotspot I frequently depend on is currently offline, and the only way I've discovered to fix this is by sending a direct message on the forum. I hope this gets resolved soon, as hotspots in my area tend to be unpredictable. If anyone has an alternative solution, I would appreciate hearing about it. Thank you.

I have the same issue. The hotspot I have been using for at least 3 months has been quite reliable up till now, but it stopped working on all my devices several days ago. And yes, I am an xfinty customer. It will connect but there is no internet. I have installed xfinity app and it tells me my devices are authorized and set to connect automatically. I DO NOT THINK THIS IS A PROBLEM ON MY END.
