Xfinity horrid administration of Military Appreciation.
My family signed up for and choose Xfinty for a new mobile line based on offers for the military which included a free phone line for year and a $180 gift card and Diamond status. We received e-mail that our status was approved. 100 percent eligible! 18 weeks later, no gift card no free line activated. Spoke or chatted with at least 8 people. One of which told me to “maybe get a glass of wine while I waited and another who promised I would get my phone line. Had to argue with the last person who promised to get back to me for a ticket or reference number. Never heard back, about 4 hours wasted. Ready to cut the cord. Amazing how negative a promotion that was designed to build loyalty make me feel. Anyone has similar issues?
