Xfinity Home Services Down for Christmas Weekend
Our services have been out since 12-23 with no one from Comcast letting us know when they will be up. New to Comcast and have only had service for a week which was working perfectly. Just have green flashing light on hardwired box. Have reset everything several times. When TVs come up stuck at 3 white dots on screen. So frustrating. Hello Comcast?

Have you called 1-800-COMCAST to get a tech out to your home. They should have made an appointment.

Are you new to this residence? Was there a previous tenant? If so, it's possible there is a block on the address and you'll need to show proof that you live there; a mortgage/lease or utility bill in your name plus a photo ID should help in getting you set up again.
