Xfinity has taken advantage of me for over a year and a half

I was Xfinity customer for over a year and a half paying for a piece of equipment that I was not supposed to be paying for. While trying to get this resolved over the past year and a half I've been made more promises that it's going to be rectified that is is rectified and nothing has been rectified I have had them phone hung up on me multiple times I've probably spent in excess of 80 hours on the phone back and forth with Infinity employees managers who told me they were fixing it and manages who said they can't do nothing about it they took my $1,000 phone supposedly was trading my phone for a phone that would port on Xfinity system because my T-Mobile s24 plus would not so they sent me another s24 plus supposedly it was an even exchange until they got me on their system and now they won't let me off without paying for the phone I've tried and I've tried and I've tried to no avail I've met some of the rudest Xfinity employees you could possibly imagine trying to hold my own head was probably the most difficult and dealing with some of Xfinity's employees. I have to admit Xfinity at this point [Edited: "Language"] it is one of the worst situations I've ever had to deal with when it comes to customer service from a company that's big. If anybody from Xfinity would like to reach out to make this right I would appreciate it I deserve better from Xfinity than this I never miss the payment never late and the whole time I was with Xfinity even though I was going through these problems with them again if you want to reach me here's my email [Edited: "Personal Information"].
