xfinity flex box

Hello, I got an email saying my flex box was delivery nothing was ever put at my door. Is there a way to order another one?

Great question @Goatjo, no you don't need any sort of code, you'll just need to provide your account information. We'll be happy to check in with you later to see how your in-store visit went and see if you need any assistance with set up and activation.
