Xfinity Fiber Service

Hello,

I did some research on Next-Gen tier services and found something about there being certain rules in place for extending fiber to one's home. One of them was "Gigabit x10 will generally be available to homes within one-third of a mile of Comcast's fiber network". I am about 1/10 of a mile from one of these nodes and would like to know if it is a feasible idea to reach out to someone regarding this service at this time, or if its too unreasonable. I was given a number to call about "X-class" service with one of your employees.
