Xfinity Enhanced Upload Speed Confusion
I’ve received email from Xfinity about speed increase upgrades in my area. However, I absolutely cannot get a straight answer out of anyone at Xfinity about whether or not my address qualifies for ENHANCED UPLOAD SPEEDS. I have just upgraded to the latest XB8-T modem but I still seem to be capped at a 35 mbs upload speed. I’m asking to any help I can get for determining (and debugging) what it takes to get higher upload speeds.

There a few checkboxes that need to be filled in order for services to update after a recent upgrade to the network equipment in your area if you received notification about faster speeds. To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
