I am Looking for the phone number to call to speak to someone that handles accounts when you say you are cancelling your service that will look for better deals 

I was called by them 2 weeks ago after [Edited: "Inflammatory"] new billing went into effect for the new year and my plan was going up 50.00 a month .  I used chat and wasted so much time .   Chat kept getting disconnected and I was forced multiple times to explain the situation to atleast 10 different reps whose names I cant even begin to pronounce . Eventually I was contacted by someone by phone that actually spoke English and I could understand and they were able to find another plan that I was happy with and saved me the 50.00 that the bill was going up to .

Well Today I got an Email stating that in 3 days the plan I am on will be losing NESN and NBC Sports  and NESN is one of the channels I said I wanted in my plan 

I am tired of the sneaky tricks that this company pulls , Fubo or Sling is looking beter each day

Normally, there is a message on your statement that will give you the heads up on any changes that may be happening with your channel lineup. Agreements can change with ISP companies, and broadcast companies from time to time. So that I may access your account details, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, and service address? 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
