Xfinity dug into our backyard.

Hi, I’m not an Xfinity customer, but Xfinity came to my house because they said there was an outage or an issue detected under our yard. They dug up part of the yard to fix the issue and told me they would leave it in the same or better condition than they found it. Our yard was left in a worse condition than before and has pretty clear issues with a lot of dirt exposed. I can provide pictures of the damage if needed.

Mc837 Hi there! Thanks for using our Forums and for taking the time to write us today. We are sorry to hear about your yard and our team is here to help make this right. Can you shoot us over a DM with your name and address to get started?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
