Xfinity did "enhancement" work for 3 days in my area, causing long periods of outages and finally leaving me with no internet service at all. By the 2nd of their work, I had no internent service from 7:30 AM till 5 PM. I work from home and cannot get anything done. Even after they were done that day, I had to reboot my router mutiple times before I could get solid connectivity again. They were supposed to be done after 2 days and then suddenly came back a third day without notice and the internent was out again. This time afterthey were done, ny internent never came back on even after multiple reboots. I tried to reach support and their AI assistant would only say an appointment would need to be made and the earliest time was in 4 days!! It was a struggle to get to a live support person and when I did, all they could do was repeat that the earliest appointment was in 4 days. This is unacceptable. The issue is clearly related to the work they were already doing and they should be able to notify the crew that was already there to let them know something they did is not working and they should return quickly. I pay a lot of money every month to be a "Platinum" member and it does not seem to mean anything. I am sure it will also be a hassle to be credited for the down time as well.

To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
