Xfinity device will not allow me to cancel Hulu subscription

I recently activated Hulu on my Flex device and subscribed through Xfinity billing to pay for it. When I attempt to go into "Apps & Subscriptions" on my device to cancel the Hulu subscription, nothing comes up. Hulu keeps telling me that I need to cancel it through Xfinity but I have been trying to solve this for days now and Xfinity's support system is not helping. I am very frustrated because I do not want to keep paying for a service that I do not even use. Both Xfinity and Hulu are acting like its the other one's fault - leaving me stuck here paying for Hulu when I WANT TO CANCEL IT!!!!!!

I NEED HELP URGENTLY - I do not want to keep paying for a streaming service I do not use.

Hey @zahnjm, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our forums. We apologize you were having troubles getting help with cancelling the subscription. I can certainly help get it canceled for you. Can you send us a direct message so I can?

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
