xFinity damage from laying cable. Now What?

Hi all - tried calling customer support, but had no luck. We have white gravel stones through our front yard and xFinity had to come dig to get our neighbors service.

Unfortunately, they mixed all of our gravel stones with the dirt underneath and just put it back down. So now, instead of having nice white gravel stones we have a mixture of mud.

Any idea what the best steps to get it fixed are. From my understanding, the only way to fix it is to dig it up and lay new white gravel stones. Should we have that done and send xFinity the bill?
