Xfinity customer service

Can I please get a phone number where I don’t get an automated run around with a stupid robot and I don’t spend an hour on the phone trying to ask about a bill that seems wayyyy too high?? I’m getting ready to cancel and I just got the service.

user_mih0pw the only phone number we have is 1-800-XFINITY but our team is here and happy to help you with your bill. Please feel free to send us a message with your full name and complete address. 

Here is a great step by step process on how to send us a direct message. 


  Click "Sign In" if necessary


 Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging


 Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon


 The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there


 As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list


 An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line


Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window


 • Press Enter to send it
