Xfinity Customer Service needs to ask if you are talking to them by Internet phone!
I just got done updating my Xfinity plan while talking to Customer Service. To finalize it and change to the new speed, she reset my router! There went my Internet connection and with it my phone connection to the customer service rep at Xfinity. I think everything was completed, but it was rather an abrupt way to end the conversation.
