Xfinity crew dig my lawn to install new cable line. Now my sprinkler is leaking. I'm looking for help.

Comcast Xfinity crew was in my area recently to install new cables. They dug my lawn to install the cables. I informed them that I have a sprinkler system under the yard, so they are aware. Now whenever I turn on my sprinkler system, there is water leaking from under where they dug in the yard. I spend days driving around my neighborhood to see if I can locate the crew to ask question. I found them one day and all they said was that they will take a look. They did not ask for my address or tell me how they will confirm their finding once they take a look. Now I cannot locate them anymore, so I don't know how to get a hold of anyone about this. Please help...
