xfinity calls wrong number for callback to cancel services
Since there is no way to cancel our service online, I set up a time for Xfinity to call us to do the cancellation. I can hear them calling the wrong phone number, to a phone I cannot answer. The correct number is on our account. Thanks, Xfinity, for a new problem with customer support - which is why we're cancelling our service in the first place.
