Hello,
I am the new administration for a senior living and trying to get in touch with a representative to help me manage our account. I signed in to the old manager's account but can't load the channel lineup. Also, I need to know what we should charge for the streaming devices on move-out when Resident's take them with them accidentally.

In regard to the TV equipment, I did find a recent Comcast Business Forums post that had the pricing for unreturned TV equipment.
