Hello,

    I am the new administration for a senior living and trying to get in touch with a representative to help me manage our account. I signed in to the old manager's account but can't load the channel lineup. Also, I need to know what we should charge for the streaming devices on move-out when Resident's take them with them accidentally.

In regard to the TV equipment, I did find a recent Comcast Business Forums post that had the pricing for unreturned TV equipment. Thank you, the channel line up link does not work, it takes me to Enterprise Services & Solutions. For the device cost, is the amount the same for business accounts? I am assuming our building was given a bulk amount of equipment.

Craftyc89 darn, I was hoping to hear you would be able to access the channel line up link. Researching, it looks like the $50 is for adaptors on the unreturned equipment, so it would be beneficial to see what equipment is on your account to confirm pricing. I can also help troubleshoot the account profile not showing information you're needing.
