Xfinity Automated Customer Service Keeps Hanging Up on Me

I had a question for the tech department, but the automated customer service kept telling me no one could help me for ×× minutes and to call back. It was maddening. Finally, someone did call me but it wasn't their tech department. He couldn't answer  my question, and focused on a script instead.

Xfinity customer service is hit and miss. In person, they're great. But over the phone, contacting Xfinity is a nightmare. And they're response? They want you to call them and go through the labyrinth again. SMH
