Xfinity Assistant is not connecting to an agent

How can you chat with a live agent? I have been waiting for hours on the Xfinity Assistant while it has said it will connect me to a live agent and then nothing happens.

Hey there, @user_d29b01! Thanks for creating a post about your concerns with connecting to an agent via the Xfinity Assistant. Were you able to reach someone there since reaching out here? If not, have you tried typing anything into the search bar on the Assistant?

I have been trying to contact an agent all morning. Almost all my emails are going into the spam folder, including emails to myself. The Xfinity Assistant is the worst AI assistant I've even experienced, because none of the categories listed match my problem, and all the virtual assistant does is repeat them or ask me to write my problem more simply, and then it repeats another list of clickable items that does not apply to my problem.
