Xfinity assistant - can’t reach live agent

I’m trying to reach an agent on the chat but I just get thrown in and endless loop of:

“OK. Let's get you to the right place. I can help with most issues and get you to an agent if you need more assistance.

What are you looking for help with?”

…every time I type “agent” or “customer service” in the chat. I don’t want to read generic troubleshooting articles, I just want to speak to an agent.

We would love to help. Can you please provide some details on how we can help? Excited to help, our team is always here for you, and our amazing community of users has a wealth of knowledge as well.

Yes. When I type “agent” into the chat I get the generic response above. None of the options such as billing, troubleshooting, activation, etc. are what I want. I want to speak to an agent regarding something else. If I even press these options I just get promoted with generic articles that don’t even answer my question. It’s VERY frustrating.

uu_ee811 Our Xfinity Assistant is pretty awesome, you just need to let it know what the concern was to properly route your concerns to the right person, or it would address the issue right there. We are happy to help as well, all that we would need to know is some details on how we can help.

I just want to complete a survey regarding my experience with my most recent technician visit. He did a fantastic job, and I want to give him a stellar review attesting to his professionalism and knowledge. I was supposed to get a text to complete the survey but I never received it. I received a call from customer service following the visit and I told them I’d be happy to complete it but sadly I never received it.

uu_ee811 Cool! I can actually relay that feedback directly to the team that handles feedback for compliments. We are a corporate based team and have pretty wide access and reach. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.
