Xfinity application

I have already completed the application and am currently a customer.

Your system keeps sending me a please complete your application message constantly. 

I even filled it out again, twice, and it wouldn't allow me to submit the form.

I need the issue resolved

user_4csqc5 Hi there! Thanks for reaching out and we are happy to look into this for you. To get started can I get your full name and service address sent over by DM? 
To send a "direct message" / "private message" message to Xfinity Support:
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send it

An Xfinity staff member suggested that I reported the messages as spam and it worked.

I'm not receiving them anymore.

Also doing that didn't interfere with my other Xfinity communications.
