Xfinity and Peacock unmerging

My peacock premium status is not working. When I try to reactivate it. An error code appears saying that my account is linked to another Xfinity ID. So I need it unlinked/unmerged to access my peacock account.

Thanks @user_g4mqb8! What changes did you recently make towards the account? Was there a recent downgrade from our Xfinity 1 Gig to a lower speed tier? Peacock is included for 24 months with our Xfinity 1 Gig Internet plans or higher, so a downgrade would cause issues with the Peacock subscription?
