Xfinity agrees my account is closed but they keep billing me

Comcast claims they did not charge me on April 10th, 2023 but my bank statement shows they did. The rep acknowledges they took $68.07 on March 10th which covers billing cycle March thru April 17th. He also said that since I stopped service 4/14 that i have a credit with Comcast for $8 for 3 days. He insists Comcast did not take $68.07 on April 10th even though I'm telling him that I'm looking at the charger on my back statement as we speak.

I called the bank and it refunded $68.07 on April 28th. Now Comcast has sent an email stating that I owe $68.07 and that I will be accumulating fees on top of the $68.07.

I called Comcast today (May 4th). The rep says that I owe $68.05 despite agreeing that payment was taken on March 10th that covers billing cycle March thru April 17th. She hung up on me. I admit I was irate and complaining but I never insulted her or called her any names although I did complain repeatedly that I could not understand her because of her accent. (i totally have ZERO issue with people speaking in foreign accents IF I CAN UNDERSTAND THEM but when something is stressful like this and then you can't understand the person who is supposed to be helping you...)

Anyway, I will be moving into my permanent address in a week. I plan to have Internet installed but I can't get any help from Comcast over the phone  I can't even see my last bill because when I sign into the new Xfinity app, it gives me no options other than the option to text an assistant. I've done that and it's a go 'round & 'round with an AI (bot).
