Xfi pods

I have been trying forever to get the xfi pods my home needs. I've called many times, done the chats, even went into a store. Nobody will help because "the system has to deem it necessary". The system is clearly flawed. I have 2 baby monitors that I can almost never see my children on and ring cameras that cut in and out which is amazing when I'm working 1200 miles from home and can't see what's happening around my home. I need help before I just switch to cheaper service and get 2 modems. This is a last call for help.
