Xfi complete

How do I know if I have xfi complete..   I have a new xb8 gateway coming tomorrow. And I have 2 rooms upstairs with poor service from my current xb7 gateway.   I was wanting to get the free pod if I have the xfi complete and the xb8 doesn't  improve service there..

@user_410603. Great questions! Only XB7 are being sent out at this time due to no inventory on XB8. I recommend using the XB7 you receive and adding xFi complete. You know if you have xFi complete by looking at your bill. It will say " xFi complete $25 instead of "Modem rental $14". You can add xFi complete and then the 2 week Wifi analysis process begins and will email you after 2 seeks if you can get a free pod. We can also see the result if you have any issues. You can check back with us after April 21st on XB8 store inventory or try a shipment again in May.

I have the xb8 being delivered tomorrow by ups..

I have had the xb7 quite a while.

BTW FYI. The xb8 has been shipping for a week now.

There have been extended shipment times, we apologize for this inconvenience. We are also advising customers who ordered XB8's that there are inventory shortages, and they may receive an XB7 device if they've ordered a replacement and/or new modem. We anticipate a revitalized inventory towards the end of the month into May.

Neway. I have 1200 speed. And unlimited as far as I can tell. But I'm  pretty sure I have $14 modem on my bill.    How can I change to xfi complete if I still need to after installing the XB8..    I live in old house. Has 1X lumber and spackle instead of sheet rock. And where it is poor service is upstairs and other side of house from gateway..    

Really hoping the XB8. Fixes it tho..
