xFi complete same as Xfinity pro?

My plan includes an option to upgrade to xFi Complete for $10/ mo ($25 after promotional price). When I look up xFi complete, it redirects me to Xfinity Pro. Xfinity Pro has some small text at the bottom that mentions unlimited data is included with some plans. If I upgrade to Xfinity Pro, will this include unlimited data?

user_yoke5t No, xFi Complete and Xfinity Pro are not the same. xFi Complete is a service that includes features like Advanced Security, unlimited data, and WiFi Extenders for legacy customers, but it is no longer available for new customers. In contrast, Xfinity Pro offers features like Boost a Device for improved performance of multimedia applications and WiFi health checks. While both services enhance the internet experience, they serve different purposes and are available under different conditions and yes you would be getting

Xfinity Pro itself does not specifically mention unlimited data. However, Xfinity's new internet plans, which include the Unlimited Data Option, are available to customers. This option allows users who typically exceed 1.2 TB of data per month to have unlimited data for an additional fee. The Xfinity Pro WiFi Extender provides unlimited cellular data backup during internet outages but does not inherently include unlimited data for regular internet usage. Therefore, to have unlimited data, customers need to enroll in the Unlimited Data Option separately.

So as an existing customer with a year still left on my contract, how do I get unlimited data? I'm not interested in getting a new plan as I'd be paying $30 more a month and downgrading my internet speed.

user_yoke5t We would have to add it to your plan but that would end up being a charge and since you already have a contract and xFi for $10 a month it sounds like it might be best to keep you with your plan you have now, but I can't say for sure without really looking at your details. If you want to send us your full name and complete address via a DM we can see what your plan looks like and compair to new offers that come with unlimited data.
