XFi complete modem return
Hi, I received an XFi complete modem and had no idea I would be charged for it. I don't actually need it so I would like to return it and go back to my free included with promo gateway. I have already disconnected the Complete modem and reconnected my old gateway. Will the change be official once I return the Complete modem or is there anything else I need to do to remove this from my next bill? Thanks!

If you are looking to return a Xfinity issued or leased device, you can always set up return shipping by logging into xfinity.com/returns. There you can print labels for shipping the device and have it removed from your account. Alternatively, you can always return the device to your local Xfinity Store to have it returned to inventory and removed from your account.
