Xfi complete home evaluation is incorrect.

I upgraded to xFi Complete for the sole purpose of whole home wifi coverage guarantee but eval email says I do not qualify for the xfi pods. This is not right as one end of my house does not receive service at all. Who do I need to talk to to make this right? I've been loyal customer for 43 years and currently pay extra for Comcast to service whole home, which is also why I upgraded to complete. If I have to purchase 3rd party equipment to fix my problem then I'll just change my ISP as this is beyond unacceptable!
