XFI complete evaluation past due

I got my new modem after I upgraded to xfi complete. They sent an email on November 2nd stating that they will do a 14 day evaluation to determine if I need an xfi pod or not. It’s been well over 14 days. It is now November 26th and no email. My coverage on the other side of the house is weak. I definitely need a pod.

Hi @Henzy23,

Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Community Support forums. Awesome to hear that you are aware of the Whole Home WiFi Evaluation that comes included with the xFi Complete service. In order to be eligible for the WiFi Boost Pod, there would be a 14-day evaluation period from the date you added and activated xFi Complete. Did you previously have xFi Complete and just performed a modem swap? A modem swap would not perform a new evaluation period for WiFi Boost Pod eligibility. If a test has already been performed, additional test are performed every six months for 24 months or until you receive an email indicating that you may benefit from an WiFi Boost Pod.

Would you be able to review our 'Xfinity xFi Complete – Whole Home WiFi Evaluation' support page to verify the correct services and eligibility for the WiFi Boost Pod? We hope to hear from you soon.

@XfinityDemitrius

I didn’t have xfi complete before. I decided to upgrade to it and I got a new modem in the process because I saw I had the chance to get a pod which we need.
